- AKAziza KingMay 23, 20265.0EDIT: They fixed it! Dianna, Melissa and Burt were so helpful and respectful, they made me feel like they actually cared. Not some number! Burt was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my HVAC wouldn’t go out again and even came to my apartment at 7am to fix it! Very strong sense of community here. DON’T LIVE HERE, DON’T EVEN VISIT THE WEBSITE!! Unless you like having your HVAC go out in the middle of summer on a Saturday and have to wait until Tuesday for maintenance to even bother showing up. Or if you like combination washer dryers that take 5 hours to do one load. Our homeless people pooping every where. Or paying $100 a month for parking just for people to park in your parking spot. Or for a while so then you can hear people walking sneezing and even just gently talking whether it’s in the hallway or in their apartment. Plus you get the bonus of asbestos poisoning ❤️If you like that then by all means, apply! The front office people aren’t terrible, but things only get done when they’re here.

Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, she handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who is both organized and approachable. Highly recommend!
