  Property manger was inappropriate and slightly unprofessional. She was definitely playing down on me due to my age and possible profiling but the vibes were very strange and the interaction was uncomfortable for all parties involved. Very passive aggressive, once again. Left a very bad taste in my mouth , I did not return for my tour because of this.

  The service I receive here is excellent and not to mention I just love Mrs . Joann & Miss Amila very much and maintenance is excellent!!

  At first, I really liked this apartment complex, but now it shows they are all about money. I've been having high light bills for months 500 and up and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I haven’t seen pest control in months and when pest control finally shows up. Cause my door latch was on I’m being charged 75 dollars. My disposal wasn't working for weeks and when my sink clogged, I was charged almost $500. Farrington is all about the money I personally think that after living here for 4 years they would care about their residents but they don't. All Farrington cares about is money that's why so many residents are moving!

  Haven’t been here too long, but I have to leave due to work. Amazing apartments. Super spacious and clean when I moved into my one bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool. Close to most of all the major things in Columbia. Managers are very helpful. The only issues I had was the Rollie pollie bugs in My apartment I have to spray everyday, but they will just not leave... I have a seen maybe 5 spiders since I been there, but that’s just nature. I’m on the first floor and the bathroom is super small in the 1 bdr. Maintenance was quick and very helpful. Felt safe in the complex overall. Like how it’s in the cut and far from the public. Really nice complex. Sad i have to leave :( if they renovated the kitchen and gave the apartments a small touch up these will be the best Apts to live in!!!
