  I had thought about renting my condo for quite a while but was not comfortable with the local reality companies. A friend told me about PMI Soda City. I knew from the first phone conversation that I had found the right place to handle the rental of my condo. Everything has worked out well. Brad is super responsive to both phone calls and emails. Although I have not yet had the opportunity to meet Brad in person, he makes me feel like we have been friends for a long time.

  I have been working with Brad for about 6 months now and he has been fantastic. From the first contact, sending over data and answering questions that I had about short terms rentals, all the way through getting the property ready to rent, and getting people in the door, he has been great. He takes care of literally everything for the property, which is huge for me because I definitely do not have the time to do it myself. His work is worth every penny and I would highly recommend!
