  Dee-Dee and Ms Nia are the best leasing and office workers a tented could have. They are very friendly people who will work with you if you ever ran into a problem. When Palmer’s hired these two people, they really hired the best two workers for their company.

  Deedee is great . We can not do without her. She goes over and beyond to help us out. She needs a increase in pay

  The person who took my call was rude. I inquired about the status of application and she immediately says in a nasty way, “Did you bring your check stubs up here?” Didn’t verify anything with me. I told her no that I previously done everything online. She proceeded to say I still needed to bring them up there. I told her how would I have known that if no one reached out to me to do so. I just told her I’ll bring them, but in actuality she set the tone for a place I do not want to stay now. If they talk to you like that now I can imagine being a tenant.

  PLEASE BE AWARE DONT MOVE HERE Please don’t move here . We moved here 4 months ago and it been hell since . For one I asked multiple times not to be place under people with kids.what they do stick me under one of the most loudest and rudest neighbor I’ve complained about the noise my neighbors make starting at 5 am every morning & last all day !!! I’ve asked to move apartments because of not having peace in an apartment I pay 1600 for . You can’t sleep , you can’t think, you’re constantly being waken up . Roof be sounding like it’s caving in . The office manager said we can’t move you apartments unless it’s medical needs . When my lease up I will not be renewing . The neighbors don’t care and the office don’t as well . This apartment complex not it the gym eqp is broken .
