  I had a great experience living in this apartment complex for 3 years. The community was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive and professional. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere made it a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant living experience.

  Do not move out here. This is the worse complex I have ever lived in Columbia. They keep going through property managers. Mrs. Teri was the person who moved me in and got shit done. She is no longer here. It take them 2-4 weeks to fix one issue. DONT MOVE OUT HERE!!!! As SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP IM LEAVING. There are constant leaking issues and A/C issues. You will see people using windows units which is crazy because they state central air is in ever unit. The only good thing about this place is the amount of space you get in the two bedroom but this IS THE WORSE PLACE EVERY!!!!! They need more maintenance workers as well I think it’s only two workers and that not fair to them to have to deal with all of these complaints and issues on top of handling move ins. I still hate this place and after all of my maintenance issues they still will not let me out of my lease. As soon as my lease is up I’m out of here !!!!! The front building keep flooding and it be dirty water sometimes smh and the back unit AC is barely cold. I have had breaker box issues as well. I was sitting in the dark for an hour thinking everyone power was out nope it was just my unit. They fixed that issue but now the breaker box is doing it again. DONT MOVE OUT HERE ! But I give Kia his props he be doing what he can to help me out but they charging new luxury prices for old units!!!!! I HATE IT OUT HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Negative 100000 stars

  My experience went well with Ashley She was very sweet Unfortunately the apartment had shoddy workmanship which concerned me I won’t go into a list but the big one was the way the kitchen cabinets were painted covered in dry drip marks all over them My 7 year old granddaughter could have done a better job

  Very clean when I tour on Tuesday it went smooth I like everything about the apartment. The young lady was very clear about what was asked and gave back excellent information.
