  The ac in my unit had been dripping water for several weeks. A young man came out and dropped a tablet in the condensate line thinking that would solve the problem It did not. Finally, a certified HVAC young man came. He checked the unit inside and outside. The duct had come apart and the upstairs unit was not hooked up , but running 24/7 and all the condensate was running into the ductwork and into my apt. He fixed all that , sprayed mold remover in the cabinet and cleaned up all the mold, and changed the filter. I now have a/c that's working. He said he would talk to Teaghan and tell her the indoor portion of the unit need to be replaced because of all the water damage. I haven't heard anything more about that yet .

  The community had a nice welcoming presence and did a great job assisiting in the process. They was very accommodating to my dog as well. Hoping everything is okay with the place as reviews seem unfortunate but hopefully it works out for me.

  Came in with a question and the assistant manager sat on her personal cell phone and ignored me. Very rude.
