  No a good experience with these guys , Paid them for the application and never got a call from a. leasing agent , when i called she basically told me to wait and said she would call back in a hour . It’s been 3 days and no one wants to answer the phone anymore

  Its been nothing but a good experience since I moved in. I emailed Mrs. Linda about my A/C not working properly, on a Saturday, and to my surprise maintenance was there SAME day and fixed it. He explained to me the issue, showed me my outside unit, was super polite and friendly!

  Maintenance came in very polite and professional. While he was here I told him about to other concerns I had with the apartment. Instead of pushing it off till later he took care of everything with a very calm and chill demeanor. The 1 thing he couldn't fix he explained why and removed the problem. It was very appreciated.

  Applied here to help my son with no credit get his first apartment. The main perk is the discount I get for working at local hospital. My son did most of the work. To my knowledge staff was courteous and helped explain everything to my son. The apartment is somewhat dated for my taste but my son is happy and that’s all that matters.

  Ms. Linda made move in so smooth and easy! She went above and beyond the moment we stepped into the office to see if approval was even possible!! She made sure we were able to get into a even better unit that we originally chose! The entire leasing staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the process!! Very happy with the decision to move out here!!!
