    This was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Miss Octavia was very professional, polite, and kind. She made me feel like home, the apartments themselves are super clean and beautiful, the community is quiet and friendly, the features of the apartments are stunning, and overall, just a great place to live outright. I’m excited to become part of this community

    There is a lot that I can say in a good way. I was here for over two years and the experience was great. I was able to see multiple transitions of leadership teams, but the foundation was kept in tact. I just want to thank everyone who contributed to my stay at Deer Meadows. I am grateful for you guys for going the extra mile at times.

    Once my lease is up, I will definitely be moving in. Everyone was so welcoming and the apartments are cute! I met the new property manager, Octavia, and she was already very knowledgeable about the apartments and SO friendly!

    If I could give 0 stars I would DO NOT LEASE HERE Came by the office asking about availability about the 1 bedroom that guy was just very rude . Pricing is way to high for out dated apts. NEVER COMING BACK .
