  I have greatly appreciated my time here the maintenance team was exceptional, particularly when they replaced my washing machine in a single day and the community has been well-maintained throughout my tenancy.

  I just moved here, it’s very nice living with great location. You also have a gym, pool, and pool table/lounge with a massive tv. But the thing is you pay for it hard. My rent was supposed to be $1333 and after my pet fee and “utilities” (even though you pay for power yourself?) my rent went up to $1463 a month. They want $250 just to sign the lease! The worst is $95 a month for PARKING…. PARKING!! If it was $40 that would be reasonable and the lot is never filled out. That’s the most ridiculous thing about this place, along with the fact YOU CANT OPEN YOUR WINDOW and there is a beautiful roof that they don’t allow people to go on. Park at the church and find a good place to go outside. Tour and ask a lot of questions, they hide things from you. Also the washer is a washer and dryer together and it sucks at drying. Still happy here but for paying nearly $1500 a month I was expecting more. Thank you.

  My experience with 1321 lofts was excellent from move in to getting my security deposit back after move out. Brandi the property manager is excellent, and so is the maintenance team with Justin and Jamal. The property management team is on site which makes it easy to communicate with them regarding any inquiries or issues. The location is great, the area is safe - I highly recommend this apartment complex!

  Good day! I have choose this place because the location is Paramount . i work in Downtown Columbia , also I really need to mention that Tracey Mori the Leasing executive is amazing her genuine care and comfort for the resident of this property as her first priority make her a role model for this property , she makes everyone feel at home and go out her way to keep the property at is best, when it comes to her customer service skills and and expertise in finding the right unit for you she is second to none. This lady is really an asset for Capitol Properties as we all know there is only one chance for first impression she does flawlessly and very professional kudos to her!!!
