  Very poorly managed Complex. They leverage AI to answer phones and it simply doesn't work. They also don't return deposits timely. I wouldn't lease this place for my kids after my experience.

  This facility could definitely use a new management company. I don't believe I have ever been talked down to or treated so poorly by a customer service oriented business. It is quite expensive for the privilege of my daughter to live at this address. In one scenario this year she had a major leak from the ceiling above ( bathtub above had been left running) which forced her out of her room for multiple days. The response was absolutely flippant from the woman I spoke to as I was told this happens quite often, just deal with it. When I asked if there was any possible rent compensation for this major inconvenience the rep scoffed at the question like I had to be crazy. In another instance, a fellow student ran into my daughter's car at the parking garage of the facility. It was not my daughter's fault but dealing with the management company was brutal. After getting past the ridiculous AI phone service operator I was rudely hung up on by a human rep after explaining the insurance company needed to get a video. Any attempts to get to the supervisor was met with radio silence. The rep was giving the same scripted answer that the police must obtain the video but in reality the insurance company can subpoena the video. When my daughter finally reached the supervisor, the supervisor stated reps only hang up when they are cursed at. Well, I don't curse but I assume they are cursed at frequently to have that policy. My daughter also stated that the supervisor was extremely condescending as though she was wasting her time. To sum it up, this facility is expensive, has major plumbing problems and needs a management company overhaul. Definitely no charm school candidates on the payroll.

  There are bats in my daughter‘s apartment and there is no live person available to speak with on the weekend about emergency requests. We are having to deal with an AI chat bot. Absolutely unacceptable.
