  Been living here for about a month and everything has been really great so far. The community is great, everybody is super friendly and helpful. Athena really made our move-in super easy and carefree. The amenities are great and they get cleaned very well, they really make it feel like we're living in a hotel! The monthly events are also a great way to get to mee the people in the building. I really have nothing bad to say about living here :)

  Just finished my first month as a resident. Athena was awesome to work with to secure the apartment! Byron in maintenance is a rock star also; he and his team conduct professional, friendly and fast fixes for the issues that arise in our modern World! Highly recommend this community and the awesome staff!

  I think this is great . I’m just not a great person with the phone, I miss phone calls, emails texts etc. I’m in that older category, n late n behind in technology now lost it- but I still think it’s great!!

  I was just a medical resident and fellow when they made me pay them THOUSANDS of dollars to repair the damage of my downstairs neighbor's apartment. I had to borrow money from my parents and boyfriend at the time. The damage was due to the fact that my toilet had overflown during a storm and when I called maintenance, they said that there was too much rain to come out to my place and fix it. I told them I was very nervous about the flooding and they said they there was nothing that they could do and advised me to place all my towels and clothes on the floor which I did. The next day, the damage was already done. I'm not exactly sure what the right thing would have been to do... perhaps have me pay a portion of it but making me pay all of it really rubbed me the wrong way. They told me the landlord would sue me if I didn't pay. Had I not hated moving so much and my life not been so stressful already, I would have left. To top it off, after the 5 years of living there, they made me pay them to clean my carpets---carpets that looked the way they should look after 5 years with once a week professional cleaning. It is all just a reminder that most people are not good people. At this time in my life, it would not have been a big deal to pay them myself, but I am still salty about it. In other words, I never suffered financially, and so it was the principle of the matter that irked me above all else. I just want others to know how this landlord and by extension all the office staff operate.
