  Yeah I’m extremely disappointed and taken aback by this establishment. I would never recommend that someone lives here. The front office is unreliable, the parking situation is unprofessional and crowded, and they will not help you with any real problems that take place in your apartment. I hope you read this and heed my warning! Ridiculous and overpriced!

  I think the maintenance staff is amazing. They get the job done and are so respectful and kind. I am very thankful to them. You guys rock!!!

  Just signed our lease. Carlos helped make the process very easy and straightforward for us. Apartment looks to be in good shape, we can’t wait to move in!

  I was about ready to give up and move out of the city because of pricing and difficulties I was having with tours, application processes, and pricing around the city but this apartment came in clutch. Especially Carlos Palencia he always got right back to me, gave me a tour on the spot, got my application reviewed quickly, got me into my apartment super quick, and has always been around if I wanna stop in and ask a quick question. Thanks again
