  Just wanted to share my experience with living at the Royal Palm apartments. My partner and I have lived here going on 4 years and in the beginning there was some issues with pests, but that has since been taken care of and they aren’t really an issue anymore. I think the staff here have been great at addressing any issues that come up. For example, I notified the staff of a dead tree that a large branch fell and that I was concerned with another falling on someone walking by, they responded immediately and got someone out to remove the tree before anyone got hurt. We have had so many different issues pop up in the apartment, from the oven or refrigerator having issues, to the AC not working, and it would be a larger complaint, but as soon as I sent in a help request, the maintenance team got out here and fixed or replaced whatever it was. The team has always been respectful when I’ve talked with them and I really appreciate their hard work. Additionally, I really appreciate how often someone comes to clean the breezeway inside the buildings between apartments. It feels good to have a park right next door and overall my partner and I have loved living here. Thank you Palms team!

  The palms is a really great place to live. Ashlie is always so helpful and kind. She really makes you feel invited in and like family.

  I must say this is probably one of the worst ran establishments of all time. Office staff is incompetent. Pest control does nothing for bugs but it's my fault that the neighbors are messy. If you want problems this is the place for you. Don't believe me go see for yourself.

  Having lived here for a brief time I can say I miss it very much now having moved out. It really felt like a place I could call home. The inside was comfortable and cozy. Spacious and bright. My balcony was such a great bonus. My neighbors were amazing. The parks and amenities were great. If given the chance I would move back here.
