  We moved out due to rent increase of over 25% and have had several issues upon moving out. During my time there,we reported mold in our unit multiple times. Maintenance told us it "wasn't mold," said it could be wiped away, and never fixed it. Meanwhile, the black growth in our entryway and around the air vents was simply painted over. Painted. Over. At move-out, they billed us to replace blinds covered in that same mold. The invoice charged for 17 blinds, but their own inspection listed only 6 — the only problem being the dark spots that they said weren’t mold. They also charged us for carpet damage we documented at move-in, which the office had already given us a rent credit for. Renter beware: photograph everything, keep every maintenance request, and save your move-in paperwork.

  I had the pleasure of working with Heather while I was in Florida navigating the sale of my home and preparing for my move to South Carolina. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. I had so many questions and called often as I tried to understand the leasing process and various apps, but Heather never once made me feel like I was a bother. Even after I moved in, she went above and beyond by helping me submit a maintenance request. I truly appreciate all of her help and kindness during what was a very stressful transition. Heather is a wonderful asset to the leasing team, and I’m so grateful for her!
