  Just moved out after living her for a year due to relocating for work. There isn’t enough amazing things I can say about this apartment complex. Always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the community is amazing, and amenities are 10/10. I truly wish I never had to leave! Also Anice is the best concierge there is she’s so sweet, helpful and thoughtful. She really cares to connect with all the residents and make everyone welcome but putting on the best community events. Another shoutout to the maintenance team who has always been quick, helpful, and so nice to us. I would and will be highly recommending Society at Laurens!

  Anice is an outstanding concierge (Society at Laurens) who consistently goes above and beyond for residents. She is professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with a smile. Her attention to detail and dedication make living here a much better experience. We truly appreciate everything she does and are grateful to have her as part of the community!

  Love living here! Any major issues I had during move-in were resolved, and the staff has been great at making us feel welcomed. The concierge Anice makes our experience so amazing with her event planning, such as the spa day with AURAE, and Wade with the weekly breakfasts. The building is just gorgeous, and I can’t wait to see what else is in store!
