- MHMichael HawkinsAug 1, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE: This is a scam! If you do not use Toll Brothers’ “selected” mortgage broker, lawyer, etc. they will refuse to close, breaching their own contract, and refusing to return deposits. They no longer return calls or emails and I am engaged in litigation against them just to get a response. They notified me on July 15th that they could not close due to a “power of attorney” issue and then sent a “notice of default” a day later even though their own people cancelled the closing. Then they stopped responding and used automated systems to send out legal notices. Their representative, Bridge Gill, hides his phone number because he has apparently done this before to other buyers. Do not engage with them unless you want to lose a deposit and have to sue them for breach of contract!
