I’ve enjoyed my time here at Proximity!! my previous apartment I didnt live in the best area where i dealt with a ton of surrounding noise and the smell of weed and cigarettes filled the halls. Proximity has been a complete turnaround from that experience. I feel very safe here. I love that its a smoke free community and how quiet it is, as well as the gym and pool area a short walk away. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating upon my fiancé and I moving in. Living here has given me a lot of peace and I thank Proximity for providing a comfortable living environment for us.

I arrived at the door where the two ladies inside very well seen me standing and the door was locked but it said that the office was open till 6 PM. After standing outside for a few minutes and knocking and trying to call they finally decided to give me the attention and get up to open the door. When the woman open the door I did not feel welcomed at all as I came to look at apartments and she just rudely expressed how they don’t show apartments after 5 PM. They could’ve handled this much better and made me feel more welcomed as I would come back to look at the apartments at a better time but because I was treated so rudely I have decided that I will not be coming back. My advice to the office staff at proximity it’s to maybe Treat your guests with a little more attention and respect especially when they are a potential tenant.

The new management here ROCKS!! I can't imagine living anywhere else. Ashley has been phenomenal, she is on top of everything. The amenities here are top notch... much better than everywhere else I have looked. Fitness area is large and also soo clean. I love the food truck that management has come by!

In my opinion worst apartment complex on Earth. I got a good long list of reasons why you wouldn't wanna live here so sit back and get ready to read and yes in advance you're welcome for saving you a year of your life. Well, it's currently 5:56 AM and I'm writing this review. Not because I can't sleep because the fire alarm in building 4 just went off AGAIN. This is the 4th time it has gone off since I have been here and just yesterday the building next to ours went off twice. So not only do you get waken up at 5 AM and your animals get horrified with the most ear piercing sound you'll ever hear in your life you also never know if you should actually go outside because the system just doesn't work. Then, when you address it with the office they say "oh someone was smoking and set it off" or "someone was moving in and was carrying a couch and it pulled the alarm" LOL. The Laundry machines tangled up our old sheets and bed spread and stretched them out. As well as made black streaks on all of our clothing, bedding, towels, etc. it was so bad that the front office had to have GE themselves come out here and replace the insides of the dryers so it stopped doing that! Don't worry though they replaced our clothing (with money added to our rent after i had to ask about it twice) :) Shower stays warm for maybe 15 minutes in our apartment. Literally half of the outlets in my master bedroom and ZERO outlets in my master bathroom worked until I had the maintenance guy come and reset them. Our doorbell after the FIRST time it was rang when we moved in broke and was making this humming noise good thing maintenance was there still so I didn't have to listen to that all night. The little button/knob to press in the tub to turn the shower on constantly pops off in our apartment. I almost throw my back out opening the living room window because it sticks, the window in the 2nd bedroom doesn't stay raised and actually if you move it the wrong way it starts to lean forwards off the track... And the office... As you've read above the office is helpful! Our upstairs neighbors are the absolute worst people to live under (we have never gone and said a thing). They stomp every step, they pound things into the wall I swear about 10 times a week, they had family/kids in town for over a MONTH and we could sometimes hear exact word for word what the kids were screaming and running around, I've taken a video to the front office before of them at 3 AM with their friends there blasting music and they were talking so loud if you walked out in the hallway you could hear them a floor down. The office SAID they would contact them... Always just by email (because they never answered phone I guess?) but in the lease they could've gotten 100 strikes by now but the office has told me before that they "don't wanna have to enforce that unless necessary". When all the problems were going on with construction, neighbors, etc. the office/owners (clearly not very well into the hospitality industry) was willing to let me out of my lease rather than giving me $100 off my rent for the month (no I didn't ask for that because $100 for this NOT WORTH IT). I also have gotten 3-4 random charges to my ledger online and instead of paying it like I'm sure some people have I go up and ask and I get to hear things like "oh we just had our insurance audited by an outside company and they must've just not checked you still had active renters insurance so it charged you a fee." So, in my opinion if you'd like me to sum it all up if you want a place that LOOKS nice sure move in here because it does LOOK nice. They gym nice too. But, if you're actually living here save your ears, your time, your money and your sanity go somewhere else because in my opinion this is the absolute worst experience I could've had living somewhere. We lived in an apartment up the road for 13 months before this and boy do I ever regret moving out of that place we had 1 problem there in that time frame. I had my first problem here the 2nd night we were here! October hurry up we're ready to get out!!!
