  I have been living here for several months now and it has been essentially non-stop issues. I will detail a few highlights here specifically and will include some relevant photos as well: Firstly, the pool has not been operational the entire summer (since I moved in in May). This was a huge reason for me moving in here, and a utility I have been unable to use even once. We were told initially it was closed because people were not respecting the space, unclear if this is why it has remained closed but I suspect because management simply does not want to deal with it at this point. There are ongoing and constant issues with noise and disruptive/disrespectful neighbors. Unsupervised children run around constantly, stomp around on the floors and scream outside my apartment. I have also had to have several conversations with my neighbor for blasting music loud to the point I can hear bass through my wall, even at 8:30pm on a week night. We also received an email this week from management saying “if the trash and cleanliness issues continue, we may have to close laundry rooms from Friday afternoon through Monday again.” This would essentially not even allow us to wash our clothes on the weekends, basically the only time many of us are able to. This is unacceptable in my view. My roof began to leak on 8/10 (including photo as of this week). I received no correspondence until I followed up and threatened to legally break the lease if it was not repaired in time, and ONLY THEN did management move and decide to do something about it. My mom who was visiting me was forced to sleep in my living room because the roof was actively leaking and was unsafe for her. Finally, there has been several downed large tree branches in the parking lot obstructing a parking space for literally over a month now. It is beyond me how this has not been removed yet considering this is an extremely easy and reasonable job to accomplish. Including a photo from this morning 8/26. In conclusion, do not live here. Find someplace else

  If I could give negative stars I would. My apartment has flooded with sewage water on 4 occasions. They have fixed it but it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. Multiple times people have been drinking and littering all over the parking lot. Trash left out everywhere. The ceiling in the laundry room looked like it was ready to fall in for weeks without repair. Sewage water backed up in the laundry room. This place is a dump.
