  Evelyn is truly amazing, and so is her staff. You can tell how much hard work, care, and dedication has been poured into this property and our community. I’ve really noticed such a big difference overall, and the property looks so much better than it did before. It means a lot to see a team that genuinely cares and puts so much love and effort into making this a beautiful and welcoming place to live. I truly appreciate everything Evelyn and her staff do for the residents and for the community as a whole.

  I have really enjoyed living here! The property is clean and any issues you have, are quickly being handled. Also, I want to thank Evelyn, the manager she is truly amazing, always friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Her dedication makes this a great place to live. I highly recommend this place!

  I’d like to start by saying that the new management has been amazing and very helpful! Evelyn and Maddy are easy to work with, straightforward, and always willing to help when needed. The maintenance team is quick to respond and resolves issues promptly. I love the location, it’s conveniently situated between the outlets and downtown, making commuting very easy. The friendly and straightforward staff make this a great place to live. Keep hiring people like Evelyn and Maddy! I truly enjoy living here. P.S we need a pool plz and thank you ! It’s hot
