  Dont rent here their overpriced will withdraw 2 months of rent in one month and claim their in the right. The next if your just slightly behind on rent payment they'll take you to court they are shady. Rencently had a AC unit break in my appartment they said it would be changed out in 3 days they just give you the run around this company isn't worth your trouble their are other places that offer the same stuff at a better rate. Also when you give them a notice to leave 6 month in a advance they increase rent on you. Management here and at the top is joke don't waste your time her. Julie and Chirstian will always lie to your face and their regional manager will do the same and can't admit to their faults creating their own problems.Don't believe what they say posted below.They will then throw their little lawyer on you and intmadate you stay away from this place don't rent here.

  I lived at Heron for nearly five years, and I really enjoyed my time there. I loved my apartment, especially the porch! The complex is beautiful, office staff were friendly and helpful, and maintenance was always dependable. I would have preferred better interior lighting in the apartments, and a dumpster near the back of the complex would have been helpful, but overall, I was very happy at Heron.
