The staff was always very kind and courteous. However, our overall experience living in a second-floor apartment in the back of the community was overshadowed by serious, ongoing mold and moisture issues that were never properly resolved. Over the five years we lived there, we submitted countless maintenance requests regarding mold, excess moisture, and related problems. One of the most frustrating issues was that our dryer would repeatedly fill with water if it wasn't used for a few days. Over time, the persistent moisture and mold ruined our high-end LG washer and dryer. In response, management installed a machine intended to remove humidity from the dryer. Unfortunately, the system pumped the excess humidity back inside our apartment making it even worse. The moisture inside the apartment became very severe. We began noticing condensation throughout the apartment, including water beading on our breaker box, which was very concerning. Because the system increased the moisture inside our home instead of resolving it, we ultimately requested that it be removed. Despite these efforts, the underlying moisture problems continued. We had three high-end dehumidifiers running at all times and they would all fill up in 3-4 days. When we moved out, we discovered just how extensive the mold damage had become. We had to throw away thousands of dollars' worth of belongings, including irreplaceable keepsakes such as my swim bag, because they had become covered in mold. We found mold on items stored in our laundry room, guest closet, and living room. We also discovered mold inside one of our kitchen cabinets, requiring us to throw away everything that had been stored inside. We had an Nutribullet in a cabinet of our living room growing mold. Even our refrigerator had mold. The ongoing moisture also damaged our LG washer and dryer beyond repair. When I informed management about the damage, I was told to file a claim with our renters insurance and that there was nothing they could do. We provided copies of our maintenance work orders dating back to 2024 documenting these ongoing issues, the installation of the humidity system, and our repeated requests for assistance. Despite this documentation, management has not accepted responsibility for the damage or offered any meaningful resolution. While I genuinely appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I am extremely disappointed with how these long-standing maintenance issues were handled and the lack of accountability for the major losses we experienced. I hope sharing our experience helps future residents, especially those considering second-floor apartments in the very back of the community by the marsh, ask questions about moisture and mold prevention before signing a lease.

I was looking for a one bedroom several months in advance. No one bedrooms were available at that time. Anita contined to communicate with me until one did come available. The application process was one of the best experiences I have ever had leasing an apartment. The staff was professional and the grounds were very clean and nicely landscaped. I look forward to living there in a couple of months!

The apartments are beautiful, unfortunately there's not enough parking and sadly we've only been here for 3 days and already having some neighborly issues. We live in an upstairs apartment and have had a complaint because apparently you can hear us walking. We're very quiet people so apparently that's an apartment insulation problem, so now have to watch our every step. The office staff are amazing though and have fun events.
