  We’ve had a great experience living at Fenland. The townhomes are well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the community itself feels quiet, safe, and welcoming. It’s been a great setup for our family during this season. Joseph, the property manager, is incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. You’ll often see him out and about in the community, checking in with people and making sure everything is running smoothly. That level of visibility and attentiveness makes a huge difference and gives the whole place a more personal, well-managed feel. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a very positive place to live, and we would definitely recommend Fenland.

  We’ve been living at Fenland Townhomes since July while searching for our permanent home after relocating from the PNW, and it has truly been the perfect landing spot for our family. The townhomes themselves are beautifully designed, incredibly spacious for a rental, and thoughtfully laid out — the two-car garage has been a huge bonus. The quality of the finishes and the overall upkeep of the community have exceeded our expectations. I also want to highlight the property manager, Joseph, who has been exceptional. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Any question or need we’ve had has been handled quickly and with a great attitude, which makes such a difference when you’re settling into a new place. The resident community here has been wonderful as well — friendly and respectful — which has made living here feel even more like home.
