  The apartments are nice, the community is quiet and peaceful, and the special events organized for residents are always great and make the experience more enjoyable. The maintenance team is excellent—super quick, knowledgeable, and always helpful whenever something is needed. The entire staff is also very nice, polite, and professional, which makes a big difference. However, there are two main reasons why I am giving 3 stars instead of a higher rating. First, the overall cleaning of common areas, especially the barbecue area, stairs, and shared spaces, is not always very good and could definitely be improved. These are important areas for residents, and better maintenance and cleanliness would make the community feel much more cared for. Second, the gym is missing an important piece of equipment: a Leg Extension + Prone Leg Curl machine. Without it, it is difficult to complete a full lower body workout, especially for properly training quadriceps and hamstrings. Adding this equipment and improving the overall cleanliness would make a big difference and significantly improve the living experience for residents. Overall, it is still a good place to live, but there is room for improvement.

  We checked it out recently to see what they had. While the property is nice, a little concerned with them charging for parking. Garage versus regular, residents must pay. Really very greedy. Just like many apartments on the island, they yearly renewal is horrible. Spoke to many residents there and some get a rent home of $200 others $300. It's insane. Corporate companies are only interested in money.

  I have been at DIV almost 2 years now. It is a nice place to call home. Charisse has been a shining light here in the office. She is very helpful with any inquires I have had. I hope she stays.

  Daniel Island Village Maintenance has definitely improved significantly. Especially Christopher, he is very pleasant, personable and responds promptly! Thank you Chris!
