  I had an amazing tour of property with their staff member Von. I’m not giving 5 stars because I don’t live there, but my impression from the tour was top-notch. The facilities look great. Nice, clean gym with good equipment. Good-looking large pool. Community center looked relaxing, with some TVs and a quiet reading room. The rest of the property looked quiet and peaceful with several communal spaces and trails. I viewed the model unit and one of the available units. I was surprised that the empty unit looked just as good as the model. Both were very nice. Von, the staff member, was incredibly professional and kind, and provided a lot of helpful information. A really great experience all around, and it seems like a good place to live.

  This is easily the worst apartment complex I’ve experienced in Charleston. The management staff will gaslight you, and cleanliness around the property is clearly not a priority. The pool area is covered in ants, so if you’re planning to cook out, you might as well prepare extra food for them too—because there are plenty of them. The one major positive is the maintenance staff. They are absolutely wonderful and deserve recognition for the work they do. I’ve lived here for five years, so I’ve experienced plenty of resident and management turnover. Unfortunately, the current management is by far the worst I’ve seen. The poor management doesn’t come as much of a surprise when you have a property manager who was recently promoted and clearly lacks the experience needed to properly manage the property. Sign your lease at your own risk, but be prepared for low standards, poor management, and a lack of cleanliness.

  Great community and great location for work in downtown Charleston. It's a beautiful complex and safe. Leasing manager, Dawn, is GREAT! Super friendly and very informative and accommodating. Great choice!

  Von took me around to tour the property and he was very thorough and professional. The maintenance man (I think his name is Andre) was also present in the office and he was very professional as well.You can tell that both of them take pride in their jobs. Overall a great experience, the property looks very well maintained. It’s in a nice neighborhood as well, with lots of necessary stores/shops really close.
