  Since the property management team wont do anything about it, I will just directly put the person on blast. Whoever is the driver of this car with the little 🐕 in Building 1427. The place provides you doggy bags and trash bins to curb your dog. Your either flat out disgusting or lazy.. Either way, Get your act together and pick up after your pet and KEEP THE COMMUNITY CLEAN

  Part 2 of 2: Now we will move on to the neighbors directly above us. I reached out to management endlessly about this couple and their child because the couple would fight all of the time and would let their child run around the apartment at all hours of the day. The couple woke us up multiple times either late at night or early in the morning arguing, screaming, and yelling. One morning they woke us up and the girl was screaming for the guy to get out and I called the cops because that is what management's recommendation was if we had any further issues, after multiple complaints. The cops showed up and they wouldn't answer the door, so nothing could be done. The noise continued until we moved out and I don't know if management ever even spoke with them because they never gave any information other than they were "addressing the issue." Overall, if you have any respect for yourself and want an enjoyable and somewhat reasonably quiet place to live, do NOT move here. You will likely regret it instantaneously and I am assuming these issues will only get worse across the board because the property manager, Erin, does not seem to address any pressing issues. Consider this review a direct insight into what your future at Bluewater at Boltons Landing will be.

  I toured the property with Von and it was an amazing experience! The property was gorgeous and very well accommodating. The ammeneities were just what I was looking for, and Von answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. The community felt safe, secure, and very open. Overall, this was an amazing tour!

  I visited Blue Water looking for a 1bed 1 bath and was very happy with what I saw. Dawn showed me around and was extremely helpful! The area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice condo w great amenities.

  My husband and I recently toured Bluewater at Bolton’s Landing, and while we ultimately decided on another community that better fit our specific needs, I absolutely had to leave a review to show my appreciation for the staff. Shaevon was awesome! We drove hours just to see the property, and even though it was late, he stayed after hours to give us a full, unhurried tour. Moving from far away is a massive undertaking, but Shaevon made us feel right at home the moment we arrived. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about both the complex and the surrounding area. The apartments were very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Even though we went in a different direction, I highly recommend checking this place out—the customer service alone is top-tier!
