  Office will not answer the phone. After multiple attempts you might finally get a hold of someone but they never get back about fixing the issues. Never returned my deposit and sent me a bill 5 months after I moved out. If you try going in person they aren't in the office at the hours they specify. Probably because they are hiding from the residents with actual issues needing fixing. Don't move in here you will regret it.

  The front desk will never call you back. They didn’t fix anything that was wrong with our apartment when we moved in. They are lazy and don’t care about the residents. Supposedly only one person can deal with the rent portal and she never calls back. She is also always out sick and can’t come to the phone. So happy to be moving out. Don’t make the mistake of moving here, you definitely don’t get what you pay for it.

  Only been here a month. My family and I are in the new townhouses. They are very spacious. Parking spaces are limited but so far I'm enjoying the quietness. Love the pool and gym. Everything is soo convenient too. So again, It's new to me and I have nothing but great things to say about Fox Run. Thumbs up to Sherri. She's amazing 👏
