- AAAlfaAug 12, 20261.0Pulte Homes overpromises and consistently underdelivers. We bought here after being told the pool would be ready by summer. Progress has been almost nonexistent. When work does occur, it is usually one person for a few limited hours. Meanwhile the community remains a constant major construction zone. Large groups of workers and equipment pack the streets every day, parking along the entire roadway. Construction continues late into the night, creating ongoing noise for residents who already live here. The promised pool stays unfinished while new homes keep going up rapidly. The mailbox is a debris-filled tripping hazard with dirt that tracks back into your home. Model homes are clearly built to a higher standard than the production houses that appear to be thrown up in roughly three months. Sold signs have sat in front of empty houses for months, creating a misleading impression. I do not recommend buying a home from Pulte in Sparrow Creek. Residents who already closed are left dealing with the chaos while basic amenities remain incomplete.
