  We love our Pulte home the design is amazing and meets our needs. The whole team from Tiffany, Jason and all the people involved in building and servicing have done an excellent job.

  I really wanted to love Pulte Homes. Initially I left a good review because they said they were going to make things right and come fix it. They sent the wrong people a dozen times. Scheduled things on days and times when we said we were not available. I really thought they would pull through in the end with all their promises and fix the things that should have been fixed. Unfortunately, they build very fast and wipe their hands clean of their customers. Their sales agents lied to many people in the neighborhood including us. The amenities in the neighborhood are not as good as they appear to be. The pool is always dirty and cold. We get sick with something every time we go there. The beautiful trail that was once there is worse every time I go out there. Some older kids damaged the court with a rock. They let motorized vehicles and people from the other neighborhoods use all our amenities for free. They trash the trail. It's now crumbling and become a trip hazard through out the trail. They come here yank open the pool and use it. Leave trash all over our playgrounds, pool and basket ball court. They use it all day. I have seen many kids from our neighborhood walk away and people from elsewhere use the court 6 to 8 hours at a time. The HOA has been notified many times and they say it's not their problem. We have sent ideas to help with the problem but they choose to ignore it. We have people racing the neighborhood and trail on ATVs and bikes. Our friends and coworkers purchased homes from nearby builders and had no problems with warranty items. I strongly suggest looking at them first and settle for a Pulte home as your last resort. They have signs for no trespassing and follow through.

  We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes at Grand Arbor. Building a home from out of state could have been stressful, but the entire team made the process smooth, organized, and well-communicated from start to finish. Our project manager, Patrick, was outstanding. He kept us updated throughout every phase of the build and was always responsive and professional. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond, he even helped secure packages that were delivered to our home before we arrived, which gave us real peace of mind during our long-distance move. The quality of the home and attention to detail have been impressive, and it’s clear the team takes pride in their work. We’re incredibly grateful for the support and dedication we experienced throughout the entire process. If you’re considering building in Grand Arbor, we highly recommend Pulte Homes and their team.

  I had a great experience building my home with Pulte in the Grand Arbor community. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of the home really shows. Huge shoutout to Alaysha Taylor and Cody Shoars. They were on top of everything from day one—super helpful, great communication, and you can tell they genuinely care about getting things done right. Alaysha made sure every detail was handled, and Cody’s attention to quality gave me total peace of mind. I’m really happy with how my home turned out and definitely recommend this team if you’re building with Pulte.
