However, some residents have cited HOA complaints that seem to be trivial in nature, and run ins with some, not so friendly neighbors. Some neighbors are really nice, but unfortunately a few neighborhood “Karens” have been reeling their head, and not very “neighborly”. Some areas of the neighborhood are quiet and lovely with decent neighbors, while other areas, some neighbors may feel a bit more entitled to privileges that aren’t extended to other neighbors, I assume because their homes are more “expensive”, but it truly shouldn’t give them any right to be unkind towards their neighbors.
