- RRRosesMar 4, 20245.0Called them to get information on renting a new apartment. Not only did they answer after the first string, but they were so pleasant to talk to. The person on the phone was helpful, communicative and understanding of my situation. He took the time to listen to my entire situation even though I probably overshared and he took the time to also connect with what was important to me so that I understand he knew when I wanted. He told me how to easily get started and apply and even sent me a virtual video of the entire studio apartment. Such a great experience. Moving is always hard especially when you relocate across the country and this kind of service made me want to rent here. Not to mention these studios are really nice and fairly priced. $1,200 for his studio is a good price because I can actually afford that with a normal income. That's a lot to ask for these days but this is apartment doesn't well all the way around ..
