  Buying a trailer was easy, and for some reason this Clayton home's prices were alot better than the Clayton homes in our own city. we finally settled on a 3bed 2 bath and as of posting this is in the middle of being set up, which again the process for us has been made easy.

  My father bought a mobile home from them almost two years ago and they never fixed the things they were obligated to. We've spent 40+ hours and hundreds of dollars on plumbing issues alone. They put staples through plumbing, didn't glue fittings, and put J traps in some pretty random spots that didn't make sense. There two different shades of siding on the home because they delivered it damaged but were unable to match the original color. Floors are popping up all the time. Home was supposed to be delivered in March, but it didn't get delivered until June. Do yourself a favor and find another manufacturer. Once they deliver the home they'll ignore you.
