  We started our home buying process at the end of July 2026. Logan was our first contact there via phone She is super charismatic and energetic. Logan is very easy to speak with. It's like you're talking with a good friend. She's is so personable and friendly! We also met Ryan on our first visit to the lot. Ryan is a also very easy to speak with and understands what your looking for in a home. Both Ryan and Logan are amazing! The application process was super easy. Logan was right there helping us complete it. She made sure we understood each section before moving on. We were provided with a "road map" that showed us the application process. It's was easy to reference at home when we had wuesti9ns about the process. Logan also kept us updated with any updates in our application. I think the only imorovement that i could recommend would be if there was a portal thru Clayton Homes you could see with updates. That way you could reference that portal anytime and see live updated status of the buying and setup process. Overall I would highly recommend Logan and Ryan with Clayton Homes of Anderson. They are true Rockstars!!

  Ryan Freeman took great care of us, even though we looked multiple times. He had the same no pressure attitude, unlike other home manufacturers sales people. We finally picked out our forever home at this point and closed today. Thank you Ryan and the Clayton team for what you guys provided.

  Was looking to see if a manufactured hone would be best for me. Major was really helpful and very professional and was very helpful with the questions we had given us better understanding. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking

  Buying a home can be stressful, but working with Ryan Freeman and the team at Clayton Homes of Anderson has been an absolutely amazing experience! Ryan and his team have gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. Their expertise and attention to detail ensure everything is done correctly and handled with the utmost care. Having a team that is truly there for you throughout the entire process makes all the difference and takes so much stress off your shoulders.   The homes are poorly made. Clayton knows of issues, promises to fix during closing, and fails to properly do so. Do NOT buy a Clayton home. You can't drill into the walls in at least some, but they don't tell you until you've closed or can't turn back. Closets, cabinets, and drawers collapse in less than a year. They shouldn't even legally be considered a home. If you want to hang pictures, blinds, or shelves, buy something else.
