  The worst apartment I have been in ,the water will cut off,the place is infested with roaches ,maintenance never come when you put in a work order ,they will act like they care and call you 100 times a day ,I would not recommend unless you seriously need a place to stay.One star is the lowest I could give .

  I’ve been a resident for 4 months now. When we moved in our ac broke it was broke for about 3 weeks. They provided 2 portable units which only cooled have of the apartment. We have a 3br unit and the sliding doors on the closets and laundry room broke they have yet to fix it and 2 of the doors came off and hit our 2 year old and bruised his head and face. All you smell outside is other residents smoking pot. When we signed our lease they told us that the pool would be open Memorial Day and it’s now June 16th and the pool still hasn’t opened. They give different excuses every few weeks. But There is absolutely nothing for kids to do in the apartment complex other than running around outside. We have 5 kids that we have to load up in the car and go somewhere for them to run energy out. There’s no ceiling fans and the living room gets so hot and stuffy even with curtains up to block the sunlight. The master bedroom only has one vent for the entire bedroom and during the day it’s unbearable even with a oscillating fan and at night it doesn’t cool down unless you have the bathroom door open and ac set to 68. The apartment isn’t worth $1415 a month we could’ve rented a 3br apartment that is almost 200sqft bigger that has a playground, pool, and outside storage for $175 cheaper. Don’t waste your money coming here and renting go somewhere else.

  I honestly have no clue what these people are talking about when it comes to negative things about Church Hill Commons. I have had nothing but great experiences here. I started out with a 6 month lease and when that ended I signed on for another year and do not plan on moving out. My AC and heat went on the fritz once each and I called the wonderful staff at the office while I was at work in the morning and by the time I came home from work my AC/heat were fixed! They are very fast in doing everything they can to get an issue fixed in their tenants apartments. All of the staff in the office truly care about the people that rent from them and are extremely pleasant to deal with. I moved to Aiken from Ohio where I DID NOT have one good experience with any of my apartments while I was in college. From my experience Church Hill Commons does the little things that truly matter and in my opinion truly care about everyone that rents from them. Their prices are good and the apartments are roomy and comfortable. Like I said before I see no reason to move out of my apartment and every single day living here has been very enjoyable. It's nice to live in an apartment complex with staff that makes you feel like you are at home. I would recommend Church Hill Commons to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment complex with a caring staff.

  After 18 years, thats right, 18, I am writing a review. When I first drove in here in August of 1996, I knew instantly that I was home. This was for me, and it still is today. We have the best office and maintenance staff who take care of our every need. Our pool is always clear and clean, we have our fire pit for evening roasts and camp fires, Puphill Commons for our dogs, a childrens play area, tennis court, and more. I have found some great friends living here. We are all a friendly bunch, take part in the special offers for children and adults, and donate blood when the blood mobile comes around. This is not just an apartment complex, it is a community; and I am glad that I am part of it.
