  This place has gone not even downhill but farther! The common areas are never clean. Parking lot has broken down cars with broken windows…GHETTO! Maintenance doesn’t exist at least it seems that way; if you put in a request good luck on having them fix anything. Go to the office manager? there is none there’s an assistant who can barely get to one email let alone do anything else. It’s central but horribly run since a new management took over a few years back.

  The pictures don't do this place justice, each unit is stunning even though it's a bit of an older building with an industrial yet cozy vibe. Mia is an amazing property manager and the community has a welcoming vibe. Lots of fur friends and the grounds are fairly well kept. There's a super cute bike path along the river leading straight to the park and the location makes an easy commute into the city.

  I really wish I could leave -12949345 stars for this place. This was, without question, the worst apartment application experience I have ever had. I paid a $150 application/background check fee and the process dragged on for weeks with little to no communication. I had to repeatedly call and email just to get updates, and most of the time no one answered or responded. After complying with every request they made, I was ultimately denied with no meaningful explanation of how that decision was reached. When I requested a refund of the $150 application fee given the numerous administrative issues and communication failures throughout the process, that request was also left unanswered. I truly had every intention of moving on without leaving a review. However, that changed when I recently began receiving emails stating that I owed "move-out" charges of up to $150, even though I NEVER even got to live here. I have called multiple times, left voicemails on every line in their call system, and sent emails trying to get someone to fix what is clearly an administrative error, but no one has responded and the billing emails just keep coming. If this is how they handle applications, I can't imagine what it would be like trying to resolve an issue as an actual resident. Save yourself the time, stress, and money, and look elsewhere.

  My broken hot water heater was replaced in 24 hours and the RSM staff was kind and efficient. My only concern was wanting to get regular updates (texts or calls) about exactly when to expect the repair to be complete.
