  Julie was amazing from the very beginning. She responded quickly to my initial questions and gave really detailed answers about her strategies, the pricing, and how she saw the market. That gave me a lot of confidence right away. She was super proactive and came up with creative plans that fit our specific needs, especially considering our tight timeline. She also handled the staging like a pro, making sure everything looked amazing and met our expectations. Julie was always on time and quick to get back to me—even on weekends—which made the whole process way less stressful. What I appreciated most was that she was always on our side. She never pushed us to do anything just for her own convenience. She explained everything clearly, including all the details about closing, even when it came to the possibility of doing it remotely. Moreover, despite how difficult the process was, she had great intuition and foresight to preemptively act and advocate for us. I’ve sold a few properties before with different agents, and honestly, Julie was by far the best. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sharp and competent realtor!
