  It’s crazy how something that happened 8 to 10 years ago and that was taken care of at that moment in time and should have nothing to do with me now ….would come back and bite me in the butt yet knowing that I work for the state as a security guard I still couldn’t get an apartment thank you all but I think that’s not right for somebody trying to turn over a new leaf after 10 years of being a good citizen… very unfortunate. Maybe next time.

  Oscar and Kevin came to check my drain. It wasn’t the drain. It was the wall. They took the old glue out the wall and cleaned it and replaced it with new glue.

  For the first time, it was incredibly easy to find a place that truly felt like home. Throughout the entire process, the team was kind, attentive, and always willing to answer all of my questions. Frank, in particular, provided outstanding service—he addressed all my concerns with professionalism and experience. In adition the apartment was clean and in the best conditions ready for move in.   Review of 94 Lonsdale Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860 We stayed at this apartment for 3 years. Living here was a constant struggle. The apartment doesn’t hold heat—winter mornings were often below 60°F even with the heat on, and management refused to fix drafts in the windows or doors. We had to rely on a portable heater just to stay warm. Hot water frequently didn’t work in the winter, and snow removal was minimal—just one cleared path; tenants had to handle the rest themselves. Noise from neighbors was unbearable, often shaking floors with music and slamming doors. We also recieved complaints from neighbors that stonlinks maintenance team had stolen things from there property but thankfully this wasnt an issue for us. Parking is nearly impossible thanks to a bar across the street whose staff frequently parked on the lawn and in our parking spots, but management didn’t care and claimed it was public parking and considered first come first serve, however according to Pawtucket Police this parking lot was considered there private property. Also if you can't find parking in front of the apartment then you'll be parking down the street and forced to walk. Move-in was a nightmare: balcony support beams were detached, and the dishwasher was full of standing water and mold. When replaced, it came incomplete, so the racks constantly fell off. Maintenance never called ahead, tried to enter multiple times without notice, and the scheduled time slots were never accurate. To top it off, $334 was unlawfully withheld from our security deposit for dirty blinds and paint, which were clearly normal wear and tear. I had to contact them three days after the 20-day Rhode Island grace period to receive an itemized list of the deductions, and the remaining balance wasn’t initiated until 23 days after move-out. To which they said "We sent the itimized list of deductions to the address you were living at on the 16th and that they had no forwarding address." however all other comunicarion was through email and when i called on the 16th they had no update. Due to the small amount left, taking them to court was unrealistic, but a warning to future tenants: you most likely will not receive your full deposit back. Honestly, the only good things were that the appliances worked and the rent was cheap. If you care about living in a safe, warm, and quiet apartment, look elsewhere. Management is unresponsive and clearly doesn’t prioritize tenant safety, comfort, or fairness.

  Luis Salina’s , Johnathan and Juan I recently had work done on my home and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. The quality of the job was outstanding. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done perfectly. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also left the area clean and organized, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their honesty and dedication. It’s not easy to find a company you can truly trust, but these guys exceeded my expectations. They delivered exactly what they promised, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.
