  “I’ve been disappointed with this property management. Unexpected charges were added without clear explanations, and getting answers was difficult. Routine maintenance wasn’t done, the grass often went uncut, and during major snowstorms, the driveway wasn’t plowed. I expected the services promised in my lease. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses maintenance issues promptly. If accurate, you could add, “Based on my experience, I encourage prospective tenants to review their lease carefully and ask about maintenance responsibilities and fees.

  ⭐️ 1 Star — Do Not Recommend My two years living in this property were filled with ongoing maintenance issues, poor communication, and a serious lack of accountability from management. Management entered my apartment on multiple occasions without contacting me beforehand, often citing “emergency visits” or needing to address bathroom issues. The bathroom problems were repeatedly patched and “fixed” rather than properly resolved, which seemed to lead to repeated visits. The most unsettling incident happened during the winter. I came home from work to find very obvious salt-covered boot prints leading from my kitchen into my bathroom. I had not been notified that anyone would be entering my apartment. I contacted management immediately, and no one would acknowledge or take responsibility for having entered the unit. Because I could not get a straight answer about who had been inside my home, I ultimately had to pay out of pocket to have my locks changed. As a tenant, feeling like someone may have entered your home without your knowledge and then having management deny any responsibility was incredibly unsettling. Communication with the company was also consistently frustrating. Their automated phone system made it extremely difficult to reach an actual person, and getting a return phone call often felt impossible. When problems did arise, I frequently felt like I was being passed around rather than having someone take ownership of the issue. There were also questionable charges, including being billed for random trash when the trash cans were not clearly labeled, as well as frequent notices posted on our door warning that our water or gas service was at risk of being shut off due to unpaid bills. Having to repeatedly worry about basic utilities because of management's payment issues is not something a tenant should have to deal with. Overall, my experience left me feeling that management was more interested in avoiding accountability and collecting fees than providing tenants with a safe, well-maintained, and peaceful home. I especially would not recommend this company to anyone with pets or anyone who values privacy, security, and being able to feel comfortable and safe in their own home.

  If you are looking for a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE choose this company! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This specific company has policies that are so strict that even if you make 4 times the amount it costs to lease or rent any of their properties you may have interest in you can and probably will be denied without perfect credit. If you have any past credit issues/debt consolidation etc they push you right to the side. In fact they do not even allow consigners if you do not meet their criteria. Running a business myself I found this to be astonishing! I wouldn’t recommend or advise anyone to waste the application fee with this particular company as they do not communicate well especially when it comes to imperative information. It is emailed rather than a phone call. To me that’s very just plain unacceptable. The process was FAR from smooth and much harder than it should be for anyone. If you chose this company or one of their properties I would BEWARE!

  I have been a renter all across the country for 20 years. This company is, hands down, the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of renting with. The admin office is terrible and the maintenance department is the worst of the offenders.
