Most of the properties are neglected, contain various safety and fire hazards, and do not follow or abide by tenants legal rights. This management company attempts to bully its tenants into keeping quiet about deplorable maintenance issues, fire hazards, housing code violations, and illegal subletting. In addition, the properties they offer are not at fair market rental prices for the demographic area, size of apartment, and high insurance deductible requirements, forcing tenants to buy Stonelink properties insurance package due to its more affordable rate. This property management company fits the label Slum Lord, as they are severely neglectful of their properties and place profit over people in every situation.
