  overpriced, rent always increases at lease renewal, does not honor all of their contractual obligations, expects tenants too, slow to fix things (ie: outside doors not locking, remaining open for anyone to enter, and having it blamed on humidity and the recent painting inside, people not picking up after their pets constantly, marijuana being smoked in neighboring apartments with absolutely no repercussions for the individuals doing this, besides an email. motorcycles are not permitted yet they drive thru the parking lot making insane amounts of noise, management has no respect for tenants who work at night, slow to respond and only by email, tenants drive fast and erratic in the parking lot, threatening emails when it comes to moving vehicles for line painting and snow removal. the parking lots and sidewalks are not salted properly to prevent slipping in the winter.) do not recommend, save your money.

  Awful experience trying to apply and move in. Lack of response via email and calls were not returned. Sadly I loved the property but the process was frustrating and disheartening. Found out 9 days before moving, our dog was denied after being told we were approved for the second time. Having to scramble now to find somewhere else to move with no time is horrible. Would not recommend. The only positive is Kristen was amazing throughout the beginning of the process but once the property manager stepped in everything went down hill.

  I meet Angela for my tour she was great gimme all the info that i need and make me feel super comfortable while she was showing me the apartment
