- NLNoki LasnomeFeb 13, 20255.0I happened to find this company off of doing a little Google researching, and I’m lucky that I did because I had the privilege of coming in and meeting Lauren, who was very professional and knowledgeable about the units and leasing information. So much so, in fact, that I felt obligated to give a review. While this option is slightly out of my price range, I appreciate the due diligence of her work and care for my needs.
- TFTimothy FirstNov 12, 20241.0Very disappointing experience with the apartment, and management staff. The apartment is extremely noisy from above, and below. The walls are so thin, you can perfectly hear TV, conversations, and more from the adjacent apartment. When questioning my options, the managent staff shrugged their shoulders, and said "get used to it". They threatened to impose a two month break lease fee, should I have decided to leave. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. Happiest moment was when I was driving away for the last time.
- SSSicco ServicesJul 29, 20233.0We currently live here. It’s nice, but not worth what they charge. Don’t be fooled by the “luxury apartment” name they have branded with the complex. They write “luxury” to charge more. And that is all. We constantly have issues with washer machine, dish washer, and garbage disposal breaking maybe once every 2 months. And if it breaks on a Friday, you’re waiting till Tuesday to get them fixed. If the money is no issue to you, it’s fine here. If you are looking to get every penny worth your rent, then no. And they up the prices of rent twice since we’ve been here. Nothing new has been added or any convenience. Just upped rent. That’s all
