  My wife, Kara, and I are extremely pleased up to this point. If the building process goes as seamless as Phil made the buying process then my five star review should be a 10 star. From the moment we stepped into the model, to picking our final selections, Phil has made it extremely easy and pleasant. We did our homework and we met with three other Builders building the ranch style Homes, We kept on coming back to Phil. Phil ‘s knowledge and close attention to detail made it an easy decision to build with Ryan Homes. This is our second home building with Ryan Homes and we are running through it again. Thank you, Phil. Thank you Ryan Homes.

  What a good experience with Phil the sales representative at Glade Run! I did not expect to buy a home and was hesitant the day we went to tour the model, but Phil quickly made us feel comfortable and confident in what Ryan could offer. He listened to our specific concerns and addressed every single question with tons of patience! We never felt pressured, just assured of the process. What I like the best is how the team keeps you abreast of every step from financings through construction. Particularly the building process.. full disclosure of the construction with pictures and walk throughs- nothing hidden or covered up. Good warranties and communication were the selling points for me. I even met the construction site manager and everyone was just as friendly and open as Phil. I feel confident in our decision to purchase a new ranch home and appreciate everything Phil and Stacy ( financings expert!) has done to make this a pleasant and stress free experience.

  We purchased a home in Glade Run and had the privilege of working with Phil ‘again’. I say ‘again’ because my sister and her husband, my sister in law and her husband and my son all purchased homes in Arden Woods from Phil as well. He is exceptional, honest, and transparent. I would recommend working with him in Glade Run!

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my Ryan Glade Run. From budget (no scope creep), schedule (on time) and weekly meetings things could not have gone smoother. Phil (sales) and Ethan (PM) were tremendous to work with. I would highly recommend them.
