What struck us as extraordinary are all the exceptional details which are included in the standard package! Tasteful, doesn't even begin to explain the extra touches making this "Caroline" layout the perfect future home for us. We have been searching for a perfect landing spot to call home, and I am thrilled to say we have found it. Within one day of meeting Josephine, we chose our lot, and all of our plans for our future home. This is the seventh home we have purchased in our 37 years of marriage, and Josephine is by far, one of the most exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional realtors we have had the pleasure to deal with.
