  We just wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy we are living here. From the very beginning, it has felt like home, and that feeling only continues to grow. The new decor in the hallways looks beautiful and adds such a fresh, welcoming touch. The grounds are always so well-maintained and lovely to walk through. We truly enjoy our apartment, it is comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and a joy to come home to. We are also incredibly impressed with the management team and the maintenance staff. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. It's clear they care about the residents and the community, and that makes a real difference. Speaking of community, there's a real sense of warmth and connection among neighbors here. That's something rare and very special, and we are grateful to be a part of it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to live.

  Horrible place to live. The hallways smell like cigarettes, the neighbors are snobs and very rude, the paint is peeling off the walls, and parking is ridiculous. Everyone finds the need to take up two spots.
