- NPN & J ProductionsAug 23, 20211.0We were there for a while and about once or twice a year we would get flooded out then dish washers break, refrigerators break, freezers break, washers and dryers break, people there are loud then sometimes they would play loud music, maintance guys don't like to fully fix things then they break again, rents high, Centipedes and spiders are common overall I'm glad we left.
