  Todd Sell was a great decision when my brother had to sell his home of 30 years due to his physical limitations. Todd and his team, came prepared, did their homework and advised us on the right path. The house sold very quickly AND above listing price! Many offers included additional help with the cleanup thanks to language in the sale offering. Todd even went out of his way in helping my brother with alternative housing options. We highly recommend Todd Sell for anyone looking for an experienced and well connected Real Estate professional.

  We had nothing short of an amazing experience with Todd. I am a higher need / high expectation client and Todd handled us with such professionalism and was sensitive to the high risk endeavor we were embarking on. He was extremely informative and educational during our walk through of an 1840 home that had an expansion on it - went through everything and inspected it himself tapping into his 20 yrs of experience. Another very important thing to us was that he was highly responsive. Not that he needs to, but he was responding at off hours and was easily available and quick to “execute” when we were ready.
