From beginning to end and everything in between, working with Todd Sell and Pagoda Realty was top notch. The in depth knowledge of the real estate profession and attention to detail is second to none. The level of communication with clients is excellent. We highly recommend!

Todd Sell was a great decision when my brother had to sell his home of 30 years due to his physical limitations. Todd and his team, came prepared, did their homework and advised us on the right path. The house sold very quickly AND above listing price! Many offers included additional help with the cleanup thanks to language in the sale offering. Todd even went out of his way in helping my brother with alternative housing options. We highly recommend Todd Sell for anyone looking for an experienced and well connected Real Estate professional.

Todd was extremely helpful and thorough when guiding us through the home buying process. He kept the journey exciting and hopeful, while maintaining professional and realistic goals for us. We are so grateful for all of his support, advice, wisdom, and knowledge. Todd is the best choice for navigating home ownership. Thank you, Todd!

I couldn’t say how amazing the whole process was for buying my first house with Todd. He helped so much in so many different ways I couldn’t ask for a better experience let alone couldn’t ask for a better person to handle the selling and also purchasing my first home. I would definitely recommend anybody to work with Todd and his team. Truly a blessing

Todd is very professional and knowledgeable but most importantly, he treats you like family and looks out for your best interests. He is accessible anytime you need him. Teresa
