  I chose Susan to represent me when I sold the home I lived in for the last 37.5 years because she knows her shi*. She grew up in the area and is knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the different townships, schools, and county infrastructure. She knows the people and businesses in the area and can speak honestly and not give you a line of crap, like some realtors. Susan, even when out of town on personal business, was responsive to text messages and provided support when I was having issues with difficult buyers. I highly recommend Susan because I felt like she had my back during the entire process.

  I had the pleasure of working with Susan Mattern of EXP Realty on a recent rental transaction in Downingtown.   if you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend her enough. Selling and buying a home at the same time came with way more hurdles than I ever expected, and she was there for me through every single one of them. She answered every question, kept me calm when things got stressful, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. What really stands out is that her support did not stop once the papers were signed. Even after the sale, she has continued helping me fine tune things with the new house and has been there anytime I needed advice or guidance. That says a lot about the kind of person she is. She is not just a realtor. She is someone who truly cares about helping people through one of the biggest and most important purchases of their lives. I am beyond grateful for everything she did for me and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
