  After years of experiencing the headaches of being my own rental agent and manager of an out of state condominium, I recently signed up with DoorLife Property Management to assist me in leasing out my West Chester, Pennsylvania condominium – what a great move that was! My interaction with Francesca McCray at DoorLife has been a pleasure and she easily guided me thru the steps to have DoorLife manage my property and all the activities involved in being an absentee landlord. The headaches involving maintenance, renter issues, and rent collection are now a thing of the past for me. I would recommend DoorLife, and especially Francesca, to any owner renting out a property in the Chester County, Pennsylvania vicinity. Thank you Francesca!

  Worked with DoorLife to get a tenant into a condo in West Chester and it was a lovely experience! As an agent, working on rentals can be tedious but DoorLife made it super smooth and seamless. Melissa Quercetti was fabulous and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

  We all know that moving can be stressful, but DoorLife and Sadsbury Square made the entire process smooth, ( and as stress free as possible! ) From the very beginning, the management team was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. They guided us through every step of the application and move-in process with ease, turning what could have been overwhelming into a stress-free experience. When we arrived, we were greeted with the sweetest welcome goodies. Their attention to detail and genuine care for residents mean the world to us. I cannot recommend DoorLife and Sadsbury Square enough! If you’re looking for a place where the team goes above and beyond, this is it.

  We recently moved into a Doorlife property after considering many options. From the first moment, it was clear they were a cut above the normal. Very responsive and willing to answer questions, show us the property, and ensure it was a good fit. Claire was able to answer some specific questions for me and set up a showing, Bobbie gave us a great tour allowing us plenty of time to see everything (and allowing me to measure aspects like the garage to ensure a proper fit), and Melissa was a huge help in getting our applications submitted and helping us move in with ease. Unlike some previous property management companies I have used in the past, the great communication during application/touring/move in and the human aspect of Doorlife give me full confidence that any issue we may have will be responded to quickly and appropriately. Thanks to the DL team for helping find exactly what we were looking for!
