Recently, I needed support while I was away, and Kevin Lukens responded immediately, even though it was late at night. He offered various ways that he would help me personally. Kevin was great, and it's because of people like him that living here is worthwhile.
- BGBrittni GrisafiJun 21, 20261.0Be cautious when applying to a property they manage. They will ask you to send a security deposit before they will send a lease. I personally opted out because this among other red flags in their rental lease and the process itself did not sit well with me. I can't speak for their property management but I can forewarn you that they ask for deposits before leases are provided or signed so if you don't like that don't waste money on an application fee.

I will not reveal their name but they were so bad that I was not going to renew my lease after the first year. The owner brought in Doorlife and I decided to stay. Doorlife was one hundred percent better and my second year there was smooth sailing. I notified the owner that they should transfer all of his properties to Doorlife.
