  If you don't do novations, don't have to do the deal. Simple as that. You think all those Title companies and realtors who do novations are doing illegal stuff with paper trails on every transaction? The nerve of this guy to return my call and give me crap when he's not interested in a deal.

  John was absolutely the best!! From the moment we met, he constantly went out of his way to help us in anyway that he could. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy a house! As a first time home buyer, I was really nervous. He made me feel at ease and always answered any questions I had. Thank you John!!

  John Fincham is incredibly unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He approaches situations by deflecting blame rather than taking ownership of the circumstances he created in the first place. He is incompetent in the market, and I highly recommend staying away from working with him, as he does not understand basic property conditions in a fast-paced, constantly changing market.

  John is a true 5 star realtor. He was invaluable throughout our whole home buying process: always being available to answer our questions, giving sound advice and never making us feel like we were putting him out when we asked to see yet another property —serving as both a teacher & a rock star realtor. He's knowledgeable about the local market, he's transparent & honest, and he's simply a good, genuine person. 10/10 would work with him again!
