  Do not, I repeat, do NOT live here. I have lived here with my fiancé for two years and we recently moved out. They are now trying to charge us to replace the entire apartments worth of carpet and cheap kitchen flooring for small stains and a tiny tore up cheap piece of faux wood flooring. Furthermore, they are tying to charge us for an entire counter top that has a small coffee stain that a wet paper towel can easily wipe up. When we moved in the places wasn’t even pristine as they now expect it to be. But to charge someone to redo the entire apartment for something a steamer and a towel can clean up is well beyond acceptable. While I am at it…if you do decide to move here, make sure to check the trash area before you lug all your trash to the dumpsters, half the time it’s not operational or an absolute mess.Dont live on the side of the golf course unless you like dodging golf balls from your porch. If you want to get ahold of the office, email, you won’t see anyone. When we went to turn in keys no one could be found for hours so had to leave them in a locked apartment. And if you like to hear everyone business and drama this is the place for you. Paper thin wall and everyone puts their dirty laundry out in the open for all to see and hear. Then you have the constant presence of the fire department. While there it was CONSTANT. So best of luck if you want to live there, make sure you have a lawyer when you leave.

  Had a amazing time on the near bye golf course on rainy night under a willow tree company was great even just for one nite 😄

  This has been my home since 2003. My experience has been very good with few exceptions. Working with office staff has always been a pleasure.

  Toured here recently and at first it was great. The leasing agent had a great personality and the gym is huge. But once I got to the apartment, I saw a baby cockroach in the corner. The apartment was also outdated. I felt so grossed out when I saw the cockroach. If I can see that out in the open then I wonder what is hidden.

  I am looking for an apartment while currently living in Colorado. I am relocating due to my job. This establishment doesn't answer the phone, I scheduled a video tour then got all text. No video tour at all. Sent me pictures and a video of the nicely furnished model. I was told no video tour, you sign up and they contact you for a self tour. Well I'm across the country, asked for a zoom video tour and no response other than send a family member or friend to look at it. Unwilling to work with someone relocating and just simply refused to respond to my text calling her on the deception and unwillingness to help. If they can't follow through on this, they won't on anything else either. I will never rent here!! They want top dollar as well!! Look somewhere else!
