STAY AWAY!!!!!! they put charges without proof or reason random 500$-600$. Rude employees lacking information. Uncooperative. Dont be surprised if you’re rent increased to 3000$ it’s what the yards do! The employee with short black hair threatened to raise the fees when I challenged it. REALLY BAD WIFI, COLD SHOWERS, BROKEN DOOR BATTERIES KEEPING YOU LOCKED OUT, TRASH, THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE

Lived here for a year and I would NOT recommend it at all. MICE DROPLETS found in my apartment the day of move in. How does management or maintenance let that slip? The WiFi was never working, maintenance storming into rooms without permission and leaving lights on (happened during winter break). Please don’t let the pictures and “luxury” amenities fool you.

The most ignorant, lazy and irresponsible staff i have ever seen. I don't care what facilities are there, i am obviously paying for it. What's the point if they sre not maintained or operated well enough ? It's the infinite number of small things that annoy you everyday and no amount of shiny coating can put it away. Here is my review, living here for 6 months and 5 more to go. - Walls : it's drywall and walls are too thin. There is absolutely no sound proofing in any room. If dryer inside a unit turns on, every room gets distributed. - Locker room: say goodbye to your on time deliveries. If it's not on your doorstep, it's in the locker room and the staff is super lazyy in arranging stuff. They take 2 business days to scan and assign locker to your package. Staff: If the clubhouse and gym is cleaned , staff is nice to you ,and trash is picked up timely , it is only during August -sept and jan-feb when new leasing term starts and new tenants come for a tour Gym : broken equipments, treadmills belts dirty, but hey ... we have a tanning room. Wifi : everyday at 4 pm , wifi goes slower than time dilation from gargangantua's pull. It's like they are trying to cut cost from every single thing they can find Heating unit: Absolutely outdated unit, produces a ton of static from the warm airflow in winters. Air vents : worst possible airflow .Why in the world would you want kitchen smoke to come out of vent in upper floors ? Roof : if it's windy, sleeping is a nightmare ( refer drywall and soundproofing in point 1 ) Snow removal: No snow removal from sidewalk fo more than 4 weekdays. It became ice and slippery. Management waits for sun god to do miracles make it melt at 23 degrees. Cost cutting: They will do anything to save on the most edge of things . Replace tap and shower heads to reduce flow and save water. So imagine the length they go to to squeeze out every penny. Study room in clubhouse: Printer does not work. They have ordered ink but it hasn't arrived in 5 months. I guess they sent out a troop of bees to handpick natural pigment from flowers, but have been captured by radical bee's group ' flaming dragons' and are holding them hostage until demands are met. Tldr, Just look for housing near Vairo Blvd. It' near to Walmart, clothing stores, ups dropoff, places to grab a quick bite. A hot tub and t.v is not worth the annoyance you'll get. But if you want a pool that'll anyway be closed in 3 months, a gaming zone where no arcade machine works, additionally delayed or misplaced deliveries, and a house that creeps you out on winter nights; you're welcome to stay here.

Clubhouse looks like it never gets cleaned, pool has been shut down for months and hot tub is disgusting. Rock climbing wall was never available for use, Basketball hoop broken for months and Gym filled with Couch and trash cans.
