- DRDestiny Riley5 days ago1.0Clubhouse looks like it never gets cleaned, pool has been shut down for months and hot tub is disgusting. Rock climbing wall was never available for use, Basketball hoop broken for months and Gym filled with Couch and trash cans.

My personal favorite is the gym and its sauna. I really recommend the yards as a place to live during your College experience!

It’s honestly one of the best places to live in State College. The houses are amazing, and the floor plans are very well designed, all at fair rates. If you enjoy running or staying active like me, there are many nearby places where you can run or bike, which I really love. The gym here is also well-equipped, which makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. Another thing I really appreciate is the maintenance service. Whenever you need something fixed, you can submit a request in the morning, and it’s usually taken care of by the end of the day. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.
