The community feels welcoming, the amenities are convenient, and the location made getting around State College super easy. The staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I had questions or needed help, and I appreciated the events and overall atmosphere throughout the year. It’s been a comfortable place to live during such a busy time as a student, and I’m grateful for the experience. I’d definitely recommend it to other students looking for affordable housing in the area!

I also appreciate having access to washers and dryers within the apartment, along with a private bathroom. Overall, it has been a convenient and pleasant place to live.
- RHRyan HorenciMay 8, 20263.0When I first moved in there was some bad conditions like mold and small holes in the ceiling. Also all the provided drawers I got did not work and were missing pieces. Got towed once for “double park” when it was a snowstorm because some guy took the spot I shoveled out for myself so I went into another spot that was not shoveled well and slightly inbetween parking spaces. Besides that it was a nice layout and pretty cheap
- ADAhmad DaramiMay 8, 20263.0One of the cheapest private bedroom places. Our AC still doesn’t work, but they mini ACs at no cost after a while. It’s a good location, and they have been quick to solve other maintenance issues.
