  Extremely expensive for horrible quality. We have been living with bugs since the day we moved in. Multiple spiders, centipedes, and flies everywhere. The fruit flies infestation is so bad I cannot cook in the kitchen. We can’t use the back porch because it’s covered in fruit flies. There was a fruit fly in the brita filter meaning they are inside our fridge. I put a work order in the week of move in and have been living here for a month and they have yet to come spray for bugs even though I have complained over four times. When we moved in nothing was cleaned there was red liquid and food in our cabinets I cleaned everything took me an entire day and the bugs only got worse. Our fridge is broken, our dryer broke, our sink was leaking, our floor is peeling, the day we moved in. There was a rotting beanbag on our back porch that we had to throw away. My ceiling is leaking when it storms outside through the vent, I’m sure that’s how the bugs are coming in. The back of our house is green looks like it’s never been power washed nor our porch has ever been cleaned making the bugs worse there might be a dead animal and that’s why the flies are so bad. You cannot tour the four person and they look completely different than the 3 person model unit. This is disgusting and I cannot renew my lease living like this. DO NOT LIVE HERE

  The apartments are very nice and lots of room. I do not regret my choices coming to The Grove!! The staff are all great and helpful!

  This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office has no clue what they are talking about they tell you one thing and then take it back a few days later saying that was never said. If you ever decide to live here make sure to document everything they ever tell you because they lie about it all. Also they told us we couldn’t move in any earlier than the assigned date but we know of many people that were allowed an earlier move in. Reasons we weren’t allowed to move in early were because they had a cleaning team coming in yet when we moved in this place was filthy and disgusting. Stains all over the floor, garbage, bugs, my door was broken, the bathroom fan was broken, the microwave was broken. Some of the walls were still covered in sticky tack from previous residents and I still had led light taped to the bottom of my bed frame. And that is not even all of it. This apartment hadn’t even been touched. Another thing is the price. They told us all that our rate would be a certain amount but they were refusing to give it to us. When I called to talk about this the lady threatened to hang up on me because I was upset with how she was basically yelling at me telling me I was wrong about the rate when I literally have texts stating what it should be from the office themselves I advise everyone to not choose to live here it is AWFUL and they will make you feel dumb
