  I recently moved into spring valley and my experience has been great. My apartment is updated and was clean upon arrival. The leasing office manager Raegan was extremely helpful and responsive when it came down to navigating the entire process of applying and other lease information. She also was very flexible and assisted me on getting my keys for move in day on a holiday which was a very kind gesture.

  Ive been living here 3 years now, after a surprise separation. Its been outstanding since day 1. Any issues I may have, Reagan is on it right away and the maintenance men are at more door sometimes too fast lol. Every single interaction has been positive, even when sometimes my complaints may be petty. All I can say is Ive lived in places where I payed much more to live and the service was horrible, this place they actually do care. Anyone who has something negative to say, may just ne a negative person or have personal issues. But its definetly NOT because of Reagan or the maintenance crew.

  I just moved in and had a wonderful experience. The Community Manager, Reagan, was very easy to work with and wonderful with my two young children. Amenities and appliances are very nice.
