  Kim Stephenson is a top-notched realtor. Throughout the entire process of selling our deceased parents’ home, Kim heard all requests and concerns and honored them. Her effective communication skills and dedication kept the process a positive one, especially living two hours away from the home I was listing. Kim went above and beyond several times handling issues that realtors I dealt with in the past would not have handled. Knowing the distance involved when something needed to be taken care of at the home, Kim offered and handled the situation herself. Additionally, when a contractor was needed at the home, Kim recommended the name of a reliable and reasonably priced contractor. I highly recommend you list or purchase a home through Kim Stephenson.
