  If only we are not relocating, we would never leave this cozy apartment! I love the quite and peaceful neighborhood. . The Landlady is very lovely and the maintenance team are the best! Your inquiries are answered within the day and any repairs needed are done asap! Location is very close to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, hospital and around a 5mins walk from the apartment, you have an access to a 3.5mile walking trail at Lake Scranton! We will surely miss this place!

  Overall a very nice place to live and I would stay if I didn't have to move out of the area. I feel very safe, it's quiet, and the rent is decent. The staff are also absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help. The only things I don't love about the apartments are no in unit laundry (laundry is communal), no control over the heat so it can be hot in the winter (but price is included in rent so that didn't really bother me), and no dishwasher.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Lived in a 1x1 for just under 2 years and had no issues. Monika and her husband Wojciech maintain the property beautifully, and my apartment was very clean when I moved in. The complex is very quiet and safe, and I never had any pest issues. Overall, I highly recommend Oakmont.
