  If I could give Alison more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. As first-time homebuyers, we expected the process to be overwhelming and stressful, but Alison made it feel effortless from beginning to end. Her knowledge of the market and the home-buying process is truly unmatched. No matter how many questions we had, she always took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we felt confident in every decision. She went above and beyond in ways we never expected, and we always knew she had our best interests at heart. We were also one of the very first buyers in our community, if not the very first, and we fully expected there to be bumps in the road or things that would inevitably be overlooked. To our surprise, there never were. Alison stayed on top of every detail, anticipated issues before they could arise, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly incredible. The biggest compliment I can give is this: we weren’t even looking to buy a home when we met Alison. It was her guidance, honesty, and genuine care that gave us the confidence to take the leap into homeownership. We are now closing on our first home in just a few weeks because of her, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly invested in her clients, Alison is the one. She made what could have been a stressful experience one of the most exciting and rewarding moments of our lives. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

  We had a great experience purchasing our new home with Ryan Homes at Scenic Ridge. The entire team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and everyone took the time to explain each step clearly. The construction manager did an excellent job during the final walkthrough, ensuring we understood the features of the home and addressing our questions. The sales team was also very supportive and kept us informed throughout the build and closing process. Overall, the home looks beautiful, the quality met our expectations, and the process was smooth from contract to closing. We are excited to start this new chapter in our new home and would recommend Ryan Homes to anyone considering a new construction home.

  My husband and I are currently in the process of building a townhome at Scenic Ridge, and we could not be happier with our experience so far. We’ve been working with Alison and Victoria, who have both been absolutely wonderful since our very first meeting. Everything was explained so clearly from day one, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful than we ever anticipated. Alison and Victoria have both been incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful every step of the way, always taking the time to answer any questions we’ve had about our new home. The new floor plans are beautiful, and we truly cannot wait to move in. We’re so excited for this next chapter and are very grateful for such a positive experience!
